Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dabe Payments LLC, operating under the Velos brand ("Velos," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit govelos.com or submit an inquiry through the website.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, store name, store type, the solution you are interested in, and any other information you choose to provide. If you contact us directly, we may also receive the contents of your communication and the contact information you use.
Technical information. Our hosting and form service providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request.
Please do not submit payment-card numbers, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial or identity information through the website contact form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry; call or text you about the payment-processing, POS, hardware, installation, training, or support services you requested; evaluate and provide appropriate solutions; operate, secure, and improve the website; maintain business records; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with applicable law.
We do not use contact-form information for unrelated promotional calls, texts, or emails without separate consent.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries, including Netlify for website hosting and Formspree for processing and storing form submissions. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
When reasonably necessary to evaluate or provide the services you requested, we may also disclose relevant inquiry information to Agent Payment Solutions, NAB Holdings, payment processors, POS technology providers, and other business partners involved in the requested solution.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect our rights, security, customers, or the public; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Velos does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or behavioral advertising tools on this website. Netlify, Formspree, and other infrastructure providers may use essential technologies and technical logs to deliver, protect, and maintain their services. We do not currently track visitors across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, the website does not currently respond to those signals. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to receive information about how it is used or disclosed. To make a request, email contact@govelos.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Third-party websites
The website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Velos is not responsible for those practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
